I first picked up a film camera back in 2013 while on the road playing music. Over the years since I have slowly developed my creativity further through the lens, while following my passions for diving, conservation and travel. Building on a fascination of the ocean held since my childhood, it didn't take long before I was bringing cameras underwater with me to capture and tell stories of the marine world that had captivated me.
After completing my research in Marine Science at UWA, I began travelling the world working for conservation organisations in places with diverse and unique marine life, including stints in South Africa and California. Always boarding planes with more camera and dive gear than clothes, my line of work has fortunately allowed me to capture unique interactions with nature above and below the water. Now working as a marine scientist back in WA, you can regularly find me on research and dive boats with a camera in hand.
